The City of Bonita Springs Community Development Department’s mission is to provide citizens and the development community with a high level of professional, customer-focused service. Our office is responsible in making sure that planning, zoning, development, buildings and other structures within our city are planned, designed, built, and inspected in a way that is safe and compliant with all codes and regulations.

Public Announcements

To enhance measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we encourage face coverings within the lobby area of Community Development offices. Virtual meetings with Community Development Staff are encouraged; however, face-to-face meetings can be accommodated on an as needed basis.
